How to Sell your
Investment Items
1. Email Miko at
miko@tsupitero.com
for a list of the items that you would like to sell.
2.
Indicate the following information:
a. Your selling price;
b. Condition of the item;
c. Other details (e.g. Title and Author, if it is a book);
3.
Miko will upload your list in a couple of days in the
"Items for Sale" section of Tsupitero.Com.
4.
If there is an interested buyer, Miko will inform the seller through
email.
5.
The seller would have to deposit 10% of the indicated selling price of
the book as commission in any of the following bank account:
BPI Bank Savings
Account No. 3149-0491-25
Account Name
- Michael S. Sayo
6.
Once Miko has confirmed the deposit, he will send the buyer's email
address to the seller.
7.
The seller could then contact the buyer so that they may transact
business on their own.
Guidelines
1.
Only investment-related items (i.e. books, software, video, etc.) will
be allowed to be sold.
2.
Second-hand items may be sold but the selling price should be
discounted.
3.
The seller may pay the commission in cash, check or postal money order.
If payment is through check, Miko will wait for the check to be cleared
before he releases the email address of the buyer to the seller. All
checks must be payable to "Michael S. Sayo".
4.
The cost of shipping will be shouldered by either the buyer or the
seller, depending on their agreement.
5.
Once the buyer's email address is given to the seller, the commission
paid is non-refundable.
