Felix Ty

Felix Ty is probably the most hard-core trader that I have ever met in my entire life. He is fortunate enough to have a family who is very much into trading. Before he got started into trading, he worked for 8 years in their family business. Thereafter, he became a speculator in the buying and selling of cars. His trading career started when his dad and his group of friends invited him to trade a stock in September 1988. He was then invited to became a floor trader in Armstrong Securities from 1988 to 1991. He loved trading so much that in 1991, he joined with other floor traders and bought a seat in Solar Securities. During his days as a floor trader, he noticed that traders from Citisec and Harry Liu, who uses technical analysis for their trades, were oftentimes correct in the direction of their trades. This was how he got interested in technical analysis. From 1993 to 1996, he went to the United States and Hong Kong to attend various seminars and conferences on technical analysis. He also paid for mentors to teach him the ropes. He has personally met most if not all superstar traders such as Larry Williams, Joe Dinapoli, Chuck Le Beau, Tom Demark, Jeanne Long, Robert Krausz, and Linda Rascke, just to name a few. Today, he makes a living trading the US stock market.
